    At the heart of our organization are two dynamic leaders whose shared vision has redefined tourism in Central Asia.

    Doston Murodullayev, the Founder and Co-CEO, is the driving force who envisioned a nonprofit dedicated to showcasing Uzbekistan’s rich history and culture. His bold leadership, passion for preserving the region’s heritage, and tireless efforts laid the foundation for the organization’s growth. As CEO, Doston’s influence shapes the strategic direction and core values of the organization, making him a central figure in our success.

    Alongside him, Mirusmon Yusupov, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, has been instrumental in refining and expanding the organization’s reach. With his strategic foresight and innovation, Mirusmon has helped the organization scale, ensuring its impact continues to grow. Together, as Co-CEOs, they’ve built the first and largest nonprofit of its kind in Central Asia, making a meaningful difference for over 2,250 travelers and counting.
